6 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups
confectioners' sugar
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Stir in confectioners' sugar, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
